My name is Cromerty and I am a professional female British voiceover and voice actor.
With over 15 years professional voiceover experience, I have my own broadcast quality studio up here in the UK with the following specs:
– Studio with full acoustic treatment
– Sennheiser 416 and AT4040
– Focusrite Scarlett 18i6
– PC Windows 10 running Adobe Audition, Cubase, and Audacity (as a back-up)
– 60mpbs upload speed with a BT business account, so I am always connected
– ipDTL, Source Connect, Skype, Phone Patch (and experience in other web-based meeting apps like Zoom, discord, jitsi, duo, chime, slack, hangouts and gotomeeting
– I can usually get small scripts back to you within an hour
I was trained at School of Acting and Voiceover in Minneapolis, and, in addition, speak fluent French, German and Spanish, which helps when communicating with directors during studio sessions. My most recent clients include NASA, Asda, Fujitsu, the V&A and Pets at Home
Every voice actor sets their own rate. All of our talents are pros, but the cost can vary depending on their experience and skill level.
Generally speaking, voice over rates depend on:
- Will the voice over be for broadcast and paid ads, or organic, non-promotional use?
- The length of the script (word count).
- Do you need the voice over fully edited and production-ready, or just the raw audio?
- Do you want to direct the voice artist in real-time, or can they record independently?
Many of our voice actors follow our pricing schedule, but you’ll find that rates are negotiable, so if you let them know what you can afford, there’s a good chance they’ll accommodate you!
