My name is Kim and I’m a professional British voice actor.
With quarter of a century of industry experience as a presenter on UK Commercial Radio I am a full time professional British voice artist, radio presenter, podcaster and event host. I am also a stadium announcer for an Ice Hockey Team! Alongside this I am an audio editor.
I can be heard as the voice of Top Of The Pops for the BBC World Service, broadcast internationally. I have a vast amount of experience with voiceover work, having voiced IDs for radio stations around the world, commercials, and narrative and corporate videos.
I have my own fully equipped home studio, based in Cranleigh, Surrey. England. My voiceover booth is complete with industry leading technology including Røde and Focusrite. Send your script over to me and I’ll send audio back to you edited or unedited in high quality WAV or MP3. I work to standard industry rates and will happily consider all budgets.
I host a podcast for The Firefighters Charity, exploring the health and wellbeing of the UK’s fire services community.
Every voice actor sets their own rate. All of our talents are pros, but the cost can vary depending on their experience and skill level.
Generally speaking, voice over rates depend on:
- Will the voice over be for broadcast and paid ads, or organic, non-promotional use?
- The length of the script (word count).
- Do you need the voice over fully edited and production-ready, or just the raw audio?
- Do you want to direct the voice artist in real-time, or can they record independently?
Many of our voice actors follow our pricing schedule, but you’ll find that rates are negotiable, so if you let them know what you can afford, there’s a good chance they’ll accommodate you!
