Bart is a Dutch voiceover artist, born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Bart has worked for brands like Citroën, Head&Shoulders, Heineken, Michelin and the Red Cross. He works primarily in Dutch, but with his Dutch-to-neutral European accent he is often a popular choice for English-language work too. Bart has had a knack for acting since he was a boy. At 13, he did his first voiceover job for Dutch national television, voicing a group of 16 Moldovian foster children. He continued acting on stage through college in both classical and contemporary plays with an independent Amsterdam theatre group. He began his voice acting business in 2019 and discovered it’s the best career in the world. As one of his clients put it: Bart is like a speech chameleon. He calls himself Dutch voice nerd, because playing with words is what makes him get up every day. Well, that and his 3 kids.
Every voice actor sets their own rate. All of our talents are pros, but the cost can vary depending on their experience and skill level.
Generally speaking, voice over rates depend on:
- Will the voice over be for broadcast and paid ads, or organic, non-promotional use?
- The length of the script (word count).
- Do you need the voice over fully edited and production-ready, or just the raw audio?
- Do you want to direct the voice artist in real-time, or can they record independently?
Many of our voice actors follow our pricing schedule, but you’ll find that rates are negotiable, so if you let them know what you can afford, there’s a good chance they’ll accommodate you!
