Hi there ! My name is Lorraine and I am a UK based, professional Scottish voiceover artist with my own home studio .
I have a soft Scottish accent and my voice has been described as sophisticated, smooth, warm and authoritative . I can also speak conversational Spanish (Castillian) and have a working knowledge of French-both of which has proved useful when narrating copy that includes foreign words and placenames.
I had Guildhall School of Music & Drama Speech and Drama training and have ongoing voice coaching to keep up to date with industry trends.
I enjoy live directed sessions and have been told that I am good at taking direction, but am also happy to self record in my home studio.
From my experience of working in marketing for large corporate organisations, I recognise the need for fast turnaround and working to tight deadlines. I’ve been described as patient, flexible and a safe pair of hands.
