Up until now, we were working on common words of English language. However, I sent Dena a new list of words which are some Newly Coined Words to the English language. Dena pronounced these 'uncommon' words perfectly as well! As of now, we completed a half of project spanning to the past previous months and Dena was amazing all throughout the project :)

Dena is a very understanding person. She is very cooperative. She always adds little explanations to her recordings to make the work much easier on my end and I truly appreciate it. It is great to listen to her recordings starting with "Hello Olsen, how are you? I hope you are having a lovely day." I think this alone shows how much Dena cares about personal relations. Moreover, when I encounter minute errors, she always re-records her work and provides us a perfect recording :)

Dena, with her outstanding command of English, offers variant pronunciation of certain words in her audio files. For instance, she pronounced the word beloved in two different ways and provided me with an explanation why there is such variances. She is always very kind and considerate when explaining such variances, keeping in mind that I am a foreigner. I am very happy to be working with her and I wish to keep our business partnership in every project possible. I think other clients should work with Dena as well!

Dena recorded the word list I wanted very carefully. There was a part I was doubtful about hearing a sound in the audio files.
